Well Grounded is London’s first social enterprise developing a diverse new talent pipeline for the specialty coffee industry. With a focus on getting local people into local jobs, Well Grounded deliver SCA accredited training combined with interpersonal skill development, 1-2-1 mentoring, CV writing and job support to empower people who have been socially or economically disadvantaged.
Equatorial Traders is proud to support Well Grounded by providing a brand new space for their Head Office which will also include a Specialty Coffee Association Premier Campus situated in King’s Cross. This start of the art campus will enable Well Grounded to support over 1000 vulnerable adults over the next three years and also deliver SCA Brew, Barista and Sensory courses.
