We taste a wide range of coffees daily from our purpose-built cupping lab. Through strict quality control standards and procedures we check the quality of our deliveries and contracts from processing to point of delivery; evaluating moisture content, water activity, physical defects, appearance and flavour to ensure we meet our customers’ expectations.
